Independent Contract Agreements

If this is not the proper place for this post, I apologize. I've checked out ASET and WSET and came up dry. Maybe a kind person can direct me to the proper area.

I have been offered a position as an independent contractor at a very small acute care facility. Not enough EEGs for even a part-timer (<100/yr). They have asked me to submit a contract. I used to have one about eight years ago, and can easily use it agai






n, but I'm sure that liability, IRS regulations and JCAHO have changed many things from those informal days. Any ideas where to look for sample contracts? Anyone willing to share theirs
with me and/or the group via private e-mail or posts? Any suggestions or advise as to what should/should not be included?
